LanguageDecks is a flashcard app for learning languages. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it minimal — we don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

What we collect

Account details from your sign-in provider (Google, Facebook, Apple, or email): your name and email address.
The content you create: your decks, cards, and study history.
Basic information needed to run the service, such as your settings and review schedule.

How we use it

Only to provide the app: to sign you in, store and sync your decks, schedule your reviews, generate cards, and produce pronunciation audio.

Who we share it with

We rely on a few service providers to run LanguageDecks: our cloud host (Microsoft Azure), AI card generation and text-to-speech (Google), sign-in providers (Google, Facebook, Apple), and email delivery (Resend). They process your data only to provide these functions. We do not sell your data.

Your data, your control

You can export all of your data as JSON, and permanently delete your account and everything in it, at any time from Settings.
